Steps
- 1
In a large bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper.
- 2
Add the shredded chicken, celery, and scallions, then toss until everything is evenly coated.
- 3
Taste and adjust with another pinch of salt or a little more lemon juice if it needs it.
- 4
Lay out the tortillas and add a layer of lettuce or greens to each one.
- 5
Divide the chicken salad among the wraps, roll them up tightly, and slice in half if you want a cleaner lunch situation.
- 6
Serve right away or chill for a bit before eating.
Make it fancy
Kick it up a notch
Optional moves for when you want to impress.
- Add a handful of chopped snap peas or cucumber if you want the filling even crunchier and colder.
- Swap the dill for tarragon if you want the whole thing to lean a little more French picnic.
- Pile the salad onto toasted sourdough instead of wraps if sandwiches make more sense that day.
- A spoonful of dijon in the dressing gives it a sharper edge without making it heavy.
